Dominic Tayco is Partner, and CFO/CCO of King River Capital, a venture capital firm investing in web2 and web3 technology enterprises across Oceania and US.

Dominic has the following experience, expertise and qualifications:

Legal, Finance, and Risk

• Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW

• Senior Tax Manager in Deloitte’s financial services’ corporate tax services division

• Member of the CFO Forum for AVCAL (now AIC) 15 years to 2020

• Former Chief Risk Officer of semi-government organisation, NSW Circular (now Circular Australia)

• Policy activism through Tech Council of Australia

• Designs and implements robust compliance, sustainability and risk management frameworks, informed by

extensive legal and tax expertise
